Job description
Responsible for direct supervision of the E-coating Process, Lab Technicians, and Wastewater operation along with preventative maintenance of the system.
Responsibilities
Controls the E-coat paint line processes with adequate guidance, direction, and support.
Identifies and initiates action to prevent any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system. Relays information to E-coat Manager and follows up on solution implementation.
Ensure all reports and data entry is completed by technicians.
Responsible for efficient operation of E-coat system as a whole.
Ensures accountability and compliance with procedures, functional performance, and acceptability as to the customer’s specifications.
Knowledge of SDS sheets and corresponding PPE for any circumstance deemed necessary.
Is at all times in compliance with our company’s policies, work rules, safety standards and good housekeeping practices (5S).
Follows ISO and IATF requirements per standards.
Responsible for chemical inventory and notifying when new inventory should be purchased. Ensures that adequate products are available for on-time shipment.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent, Testing Lab and Wastewater background a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, teamwork, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proficient computer skills.
