This position involves managing Paint Materials activities through strategic planning and execution to meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and analyze testing instrumentation data, assess materials and process constraints, verify new formulated materials for compliance, and lead or support complex problem-solving to ensure quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environmental standards. Implement controls for formulated products and ensure adherence to specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in Engineering or 6+ years relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong technical and service skills, ability to interpret design and testing specifications, leadership, project management, and continuous improvement capabilities. Good visual color acuity and ability to pass Munsell color testing are required.

Working Conditions

Office environment with frequent interaction in equipment/process areas; occasional overtime and domestic travel.
