Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will…
- Develop and commercialize technically differentiated growth opportunities for Organic Peroxides in the Americas region, serving as the primary interface between customer, R&D, and commercial teams
- Manage a rich pipeline of development opportunities with at least $70M in sales potential within 5 years – this includes development new applications and technologies, while identifying key opportunities where our business can provide specialized customer value
- Translate technical & operational customer challenges into development projects with clear technical and commercial objectives

- Around 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 spent in R&D, Technical, or Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Processing, or Materials Science. An advanced technical degree or MBA would be a plus!
- Ability to travel 50-60% of the time, mostly throughout North America
