Machine Operator - Multiple Levels Based on Experience

HIRING! A Place to Build Your Future! Are you an experienced manufacturing operator who enjoys running equipment, solving problems, and keeping production moving? We're looking for Machine Operators to join our Thomaston manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate high-speed production equipment, monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, perform changeovers, and help drive safe and efficient operations.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating automated manufacturing equipment in industries such as plastics, printing, packaging, textiles, food production, paper converting, injection molding, extrusion, or other continuous manufacturing environments. $21.45+/hr depending on experience + $2/hr shift premium for overnights Shift Availability: 7:45pm- 8am on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Minimize downtime, waste, and production interruptions Accurately complete production documentation Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to maintain efficient operations What We're Looking For: Successful candidates often have experience in roles such as: Machine Operator Production Operator Process Technician Press Operator Injection Molding Operator Extrusion Operator Manufacturing Technician Packaging Operator Industrial Equipment Operator Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience performing equipment setups and changeovers Ability to identify and resolve production issues Strong attention to quality and detail Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Stable work history and reliable attendance Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed Candidates Who Tend to Excel Here: We frequently find success with candidates who have experience in: Plastics manufacturing Injection molding Thermoforming Printing press operations Textile manufacturing Packaging operations Continuous-process manufacturing High-volume production environments If you've operated complex equipment, monitored quality, made adjustments while production was running, reduced downtime, or taken ownership of a manufacturing process, we'd like to speak with you.
