This position supports the daily operation of Surventis products in Customer Automotive Assembly Plants by providing on-site technical and application knowledge. The incumbent will demonstrate the technical and professional expertise to enhance Surventis' reputation with the customer. S/he will integrate within the business and technical community to bring additional value to coatings customers. The role controls key performance indicators within product service environments to drive problem resolution and product improvement initiatives critical to customer performance expectations.

As a Customer Site Service Representative, you will…

• Support the daily operation of Surventis products in Customer Automotive Assembly Plants.
• Provide on-site technical and application expertise of product performance including color management, defect identification, and corrective action if necessary.
• Assure product performance meets or exceeds customer expectations and supports business objectives to be our customer’s supplier of choice.
• Respond to customer requirements, enforce product quality/performance specification, and support new product/application development.
• Support the efforts of a Surventis sales/technical team to assure value to the customer for product technical support, problem investigation, analysis, and resolution.
• Manage existing relationships and developing new ones.

If you have...

• An ingrained safety mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills to serve you well as you perform your daily tasks individually and in a team environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude as you collect and analyze technical data to identify and resolve issues to provide a superior product to your customers.
• Attention to detail in following written procedures, work instructions and JSAs, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite to be effective in communicating results.
• A track record of working independently to demonstrate your leadership potential and flexibility that showcases a willingness to work shifts and weekends when necessary.
• Ecoat experience preferred
• High School Diploma (or GED) required
