DutiesPay: From $15.50 per hour to 16.50 per hour

Precision Concepts International is recognized as a premier blow-molded products manufacturer, trusted by top brands to design, engineer, develop and produce plastic bottles, containers and highly-technical hollow articles to house, market and transport their products. We are looking for qualified candidate to Join our Team!!!!

Currently we have open positions on 2nd shift- Monday through Friday 3:45pm till 12:00am and some weekends when necessary

Overview of Responsibilities: Position is responsible for the inspection and packing of products being produced for customers. This responsibility includes repetitive visual inspection, checking and packing of plastic blow molded parts using prescribed methods and techniques. Individual will also perform a variety of utility tasks such as, but not limited to, material handling, housekeeping, grinding, and operation of secondary equipment.

Skills, Education and Physical Requirements: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required; however, must be able to exhibit verbal communication and have the ability to read, comprehend and write at a level that he/she can comprehend work instructions written in English. Must be able to stand, for prolonged periods of time without external support. Must be able to demonstrate manual, bi-lateral dexterity as well as physical dexterity to perform tasks that require repetitive motions. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to shoulder height routinely and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. to waist height. Good vision (correctable to 20/20) is essential.

Able to multi-task, in a fast-paced environment, while handling (in a positive) manner stresses associating with meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Qualified candidates must be able to work 1 coverage schedule per week if necessary; days to be assigned by supervisor. The assigned coverage schedule would either be for an early arrival or for a late stay. Working the assigned coverage period if necessary is mandatory. Early coverage starts 4 hours prior to the candidate's regular shift and late coverage goes for 4 hours beyond the candidate's regular shift; the candidate must work a 12 hour day when they are working a coverage schedule.

Position eligible for 6 month review with potential raise and then annually there after. We offer advancement and growth opportunities.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a definite plus.

• Conduct thorough inspections of products and packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards, including FDA regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
• Operate packaging equipment efficiently, performing setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed using hand tools and industrial equipment troubleshooting skills
• Handle materials safely using appropriate materials handling equipment such as forklifts and material handling carts, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Interpret production documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately to verify correct packaging processes and product specifications
• Perform heavy lifting and assembly tasks required for packaging operations, maintaining safety standards in all activities
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, packaging activities, and production documentation for traceability and compliance purposes
• Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring proper storage according to manufacturing standards

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
