Position: Molding Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a

Molding Engineer

with

3+ years of plastic injection molding processing experience

to support automated assembly and injection molding manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support injection molding process development and optimization.
  • Work with new and existing molds, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform engineering/process studies and troubleshooting.
  • Support equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, and validation.
  • Assist with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic modifications.
  • Drive improvements in scrap, cycle time, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Manage engineering and capital projects and work with vendors/cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of

plastic injection molding processing

experience.

  • Hands-on mold/process development and troubleshooting.
  • Manufacturing/process engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
