Role details

Job Summary

This position will help direct and coordinate the activities facilitating efficient molding and manufacturing operations across the Company.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

  • Working knowledge of large compression molds and processes using SMC and BMC materials, including design work and material flow characteristics.
  • Working knowledge of large and small injection molds using polypropylene and PVC materials. This includes taking full responsibility for the design work and material flow characteristics.
  • Monitor and maintain required code compliances with various code regulators, city agencies, and State agencies.
  • Working knowledge/familiarity with powder coat paint systems is a plus.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

*Education and Experience:*

  • At least ten years of experience working with fiberglass and plastic molding.
  • Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field preferred.

*Schedule:*

  • 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Little to no work on weekends.
