Job Responsibilities

- Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.

- Able to work extended hours and weekends.
- Ability to understand part’s requirement from BOM (ePIMS)
- Follow basic safety regulations & observe housekeeping cleanliness
- Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
- Safely operate shop equipment such as overhead crane/forklift, where applicable
- The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 30 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level sufficient to understand safety instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to HMH Values, Compliance, Integrity and HSSE.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs.
- Demonstrated willingness to complete all tasks to support production and business objectives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
===================
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 3 years of related rubber molding
- Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle or SAP.
- Knowledge of rubber mixing and molded parts.
- Certified to operate a forklift.
Additional Information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
- No relocation assistance.
- 5:00AM – 1:30PM Monday through Friday (sometimes – shift will begin earlier than 5:00AM and/or end later than 1:30PM), some Saturday’s and Sunday’s maybe required.
- Most Production working areas are covered and inside but are not air-conditioned. Fans and heaters are used as needed.
