Role details

SHIFT SUPERVISOR We are looking for a 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

Manage shift operations, including organizing, planning, and scheduling work, along with directing, instructing, and training employees on proper methods and procedures. Complete the operator assignment sheet, along with machine start-up list & tool change list, prior to the beginning of each shift for distribution. Manage floor & production support staff throughout the shift, making regular checks & ensuring any quality or production issues are being addressed in real time. Ensure that the necessary supervisor & mold change checklists are completed. Assist in managing housekeeping & ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.

Work with shift support team to approach & solve issues in a structured manner for proper root cause analysis. Clearly communicate information from management and/or HR to shift employees as needed. Complete performance reviews for employees annually. Document warnings and/or issues as needed.

Experience

Previous plastic injection molding experience: 3-5 years (Preferred) Previous supervisory experience: 1-3 years (Preferred) Candidate should be willing to attend needed training. Work Location: In person 11:00 pm - 7:00 am 40+
