Role details
Role Overview The starting pay rate for this position is $20.50 per hour , with final compensation depending on relevant skills and experience, which may exceed the posted rate for highly qualified candidates. Roles assigned to Night Shift (2 nd or 3 rd ) schedules are eligible for an additional hourly pay differential added on top of the standard base wage. Join our production team as a Mixing Operator and become a key player in creating our high-quality products. You'll be responsible for the entire mixing process, from setting up and operating the equipment to ensuring quality control and performing basic maintenance.
Strict adherence to all safety procedures for handling flammable solvents is essential. Set up and operate coating machines for production schedules and job specifications. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper feeding and alignment through the machine. Must adhere to detailed written instructions for handling flammable solvents, resins, and solid chemicals. (Respirator required) Monitor machine operation, adjusting settings for factors like speed, temperature, and coating thickness as needed. Perform changeovers, including carts and Cylinder prep, roll changes, and material transfers (forklift, pallet jack, dolly).
Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks on coating equipment. Conduct quality control checks on coated materials, adhering to established standards and procedures. Maintain accurate production parameters and complete necessary paperwork. Maintain communication with other departments. Other duties as required. Compensation
Pay : Based on application experience. Range may vary outside of post Differential: Competitive shift differential for all 2nd and 3rd shift positions.

Experience and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Basic and intermediate math skills. Forklift Certified Mixing Manufacturing experience preferred.
Familiarity with SAP/Microsoft Office.
