www.galatachemicals.com Galata Chemicals Rotational Management Program Galata Chemicals is a growing plastic additive manufacturer looking to hire and develop future leaders of the company. The Rotational Management Program is designed to give experience in multiple functions across the global company. Employees in the program will do assignments lasting 6 -12 months in an area before transitioning to another function. After 3 -5 assignments the expectation is that the employee will be ready to assume a more senior leadership or management level position within the company based on the employee’s interests and the company’s needs.

Roles:  Financial Analyst  Production Engineer  Process Engineer  Business Analyst (Mergers and Acquisitions)  IT Specialist  Product Manager  Purchasing Specialist/Buyer  Demand Manager  Supply Manager  Technical Service Chemist/Engineer Requirements:  At least a Bachelor’s degree (open to Masters degrees and PhD students as well). o Chemical engineers, other engineers, chemists preferred but not required. o Other quantitative degrees also considered (mathematics, physics, economics, business etc.)  Job location in our corporate headquarters in Southbury, CT.  Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; with potential rotations at other Galata locations  Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.  Must have analytical skills and be able to solve problems and have sound reasoning and judgement.
