In this role, you will operate and monitor the ram extrusion process to produce finished and semi-finished products that meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Principal Accountabilities Safely operate the Ram Extrusion Line, including equipment startup, shutdown, and production changeovers.Monitor the extrusion process to ensure products meet quality, dimensional, and performance specifications.Troubleshoot equipment and process issues involving temperature, cooling, feed rates, resin flow, and product quality.Load, monitor, refill, and exchange resin bins to maintain continuous production.Operate the AutoDrill, including setup, tooling changes,...
