Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Press Operator role located in Utica, MI, covering all shifts. Press Operators are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring plastic molding or printing presses according to production specifications. Daily tasks include loading materials, performing basic machine adjustments, inspecting parts for quality, and documenting production output. The role involves following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and reporting any equipment or process issues to supervisors. Press Operators collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet production schedules and quality targets while minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation to safely run presses and handle production equipment.
