What you´ll do Lead customer complaint investigations, partnering with manufacturing, R7D, sales customer service, and technical teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and meet quality KPI's. Serve as the primary technical resource for customers by conducting audits, troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to resolve issues and improve performance. Manage site quality programs, including Supplier Quality Control (SQC), product adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce quality costs and enhance operational performance.

Oversee customer sample testing activities, interpret results, and communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders. Deliver technical training and coaching for customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners while collaborating closely with Quality, Marketing, Product Development, and innovation teams. Lead internal quality audits (LPA, GMP, and product audits), drive corrective actions to closure, and maintain expertise in quality systems and databases such as SAP, LIMS, and SmartFactory.
