What you’ll do As a R&D Process Engineering Intern for brands like all, Persil, Snuggle, Purex, Dial or our assorted beauty brands, you will: Apply classroom knowledge in a hands-on, real-world setting to support process development and engineering projects within the Adhesive Technologies business unit. Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams - including product development, analytical, and packaging - as well as supply chain partners throughout the product development lifecycle. Contribute to the design, optimization, or scale-up of manufacturing processes that meet critical quality specifications for new or existing adhesive products.
Participate in innovation and cost-saving initiatives with the potential to see your work implemented in commercial products.
