Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes for plastics injection molding, assembly lines, and industrial automation systems.
- Lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Design and review schematics, CAD models (using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo), and control system diagrams for manufacturing equipment.
- Program and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robot programming systems, and vision inspection systems to automate production tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design engineers, quality teams, and production staff to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into manufacturing operations.
- Utilize engineering data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous process improvements in factory settings.
Experience
- Experience in hardware manufacturing engineering, including manufacturing process development, fixture design and validation, and influence of product design teams.
- Experience with high-volume and high-precision consumer electronics.
- Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) methodologies in areas including but not limited to manual and automated precision electronic assembly, sealing, adhesives, metal fabrication and finishing, injection molding, and leak testing.
- Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, along with schematics design for control systems.
- Experience working cross-functionally with global teams and manufacturing partners.
- Automation development experience a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
