Immediately Hiring! Production Operator, Alexander, AR 11605 Vimy Ridge Road Hiring 2nd Shift 2pm -12:30am Pay: $22.69 hourly + .95 shift differential *Will train on 1 st. 4:00AM-2:30PM for a minimum of 6-weeks. As a Production Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders. Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes. Operate mixing equipment, including mixers, mills, and pumps, to produce paint batches. Document all batch production processes and quality control results accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment always. Actively communicate with supervisors and team members regarding batch status, issues, or deviations. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and company policies without exception. Physical requirements: Stand for long periods of time. Ability to navigate stairs, bend, reach.

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials or equipment, often weighing up to 50 pounds. Endurance to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks without fatigue. Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery, requiring good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Ability to manipulate small parts and components accurately. Capability to move around the production area, which may involve bending, stooping, and reaching. Ability to navigate equipment and workspaces safely. Good coordination to operate machinery and perform tasks that require simultaneous use of hands and feet.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions, such as heat, cold, or humidity, depending on the manufacturing setting. Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to respond to emergency situations, which may require quick physical responses While not strictly physical, the ability to work collaboratively with others and communicate effectively is essential in a batch-making environment.
