Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Service Specialist - Lamination , you will… Oversee equipment readiness and safe operation of pilot and production laminators Ensure consistent performance across various adhesive chemistries, while also leading lamination-related technical projects supporting R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams Conduct hands-on testing and internal process optimization, as well as collaborate cross-functionally to support product scale-up and quality investigations Support field reps and customers with troubleshooting, line trials, and technical evaluations Qualifications: Even if you don’t meet all the requirements below, we’d still love to hear from you!
