What you´ll do
- Execute sales plan in line with business strategy to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
- Manage territory to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns.
- Assess customer needs, business trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Identify solutions to address customer needs, manage/close respective project(s), cultivate new growth opportunities, and build sustainable pipeline.
- Execute pricing actions.
- Build/maintain key customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and resolve issues/concerns.
- Generate compelling and professional business proposals.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree minimum (technical preferred)
- 5+ years of sales or relevant experience in the automotive industry with a strong record of delivering results
- Comprehensive understanding and expertise in value selling
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM and business software programs
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Sales call planning, documentation, and detailed follow-up communication
- Account management
- Must be willing to travel (50% minimum). The territory will consist of the state of South Carolina.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 and $120,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
