The molding process technician is responsible to adjust and monitor injection molding equipment 5/8 Schedule (SUN-TH 10PM-6:30AM) (United States of America)
General Responsibilities
+ Pull and set injection molds (aim for ready to start set-up)
+ Completes color changes
+ Ensure that press tonnage setting & mold damage protection is set
+ Departmental cleaning
+ Set up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal
+ Prepping for upcoming set ups
+ Actively participate in continuous improvement
+ Ensure all quality and production documentation is prepared prior to releasing to production
+ Responsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds and tooling
+ Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company goals and objectives
Qualifications
+ Attention to detail
+ Knowledge and use of tools
+ Familiar with quality systems
+ Familiar with measurements and quality tools
+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
+ Demonstrated problem solving and root/cause analysis skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively
+ Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively
+ Familiarity with mold tooling and components
+ 0-3 Years
