Who we are… Ravago is a manufacturing company that produces a wide range of plastic and rubber materials from high performance engineered resins to recycled post-consumer materials. We are looking for Production Technicians to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements. About the position: Work in a non-climate controlled environment. 12 Hour Shifts Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures. Forklift experience "preferred but not required". Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods.

Complete box sheets correctly with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and indicate whether the box is “Conforming” or “Non-Conforming”. Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly – Product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements. Retrieve a quality sample from each box to place on the quality board for that line for quality inspections. Complete change overs from one product to another, ensuring there isn’t any contamination. Use an overhead crane to transfer blending totes of mixed materials to top of the extruder. Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct.

Education

A High school diploma or equivalent.
