Process Engineer - Blow Molding, Beverage Manufacturing

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Process Engineer to lead performance, reliability, and safety improvements on blow mold equipment in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment. You will analyze line data, optimize processes, and reduce downtime while supporting installation, startup, and changeovers of blow molding lines. Partner closely with maintenance, production, and quality to implement root-cause solutions, standard work, and continuous improvement projects. This role supports a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence while providing opportunities for growth in a large, modern bottling network.

Responsibilities

• Optimize blow molding processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze production data to reduce downtime and defects.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions on equipment issues.
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of blow mold equipment.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations on preventive maintenance plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and best practices.
• Support cross-functional projects to enhance plant performance.
