Product Development Engineer (Coated Products)

Develop and optimize

custom coated papers and films

for

medical, electronics, automotive, and industrial

applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design formulations and improve coating performance to meet application needs.
  • Run lab experiments and scale learnings to pilot and production coating trials from concept through commercialization.
  • Define and refine product specifications in partnership with operations, quality, and sales.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support demanding, regulated customers.
  • Conduct performance testing and drive continuous improvement.
