  • Practical experience supporting a manufacturing process, equipment area, engineering workstream, or improvement project.
  • Experience planning trials, analyzing process data, documenting results, and recommending practical improvements.
  • Working knowledge of root-cause analysis, process capability, SPC, DOE, or similar problem-solving methods.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, basic GD&T, process-flow diagrams, equipment manuals, and mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic schematics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work hands-on in battery cell development environment
  • Demonstrated excellent level of analytical ability, interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and difficult projects and assignments with high level of autonomy and accountability for results

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with one or more of the following: roll pressing, slitting, drying, notching, stacking, welding, cell assembly, packaging, sealing, leak testing, or electrolyte filling.
  • Experience with lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing or development, automotive manufacturing, high-volume automation, or precision manufacturing.
