The T&I Technician creates and runs products using known formulations, raw materials and color technology and tests these products to verify conformation to required customer specifications.

Demonstrates mechanical aptitude by safely operating and understanding all required laboratory equipment necessary for successful completion of assigned tasks; assisting in recommendations of necessary equipment to insure an effective department; and monitoring and improving overall equipment effectiveness Maintains Documentation by detailing work process, results and notes in lab notebooks; accessing and entering in project management database; verifying formulas; and shows proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.

Demonstrates Math Skills by performing mathematical calculations Demonstrates Color Skills by understanding color science and theory; and ability to evaluate color (hue, chroma, shade) . Improves Job Knowledge by attending training and keeping relevant knowledge and skills current .

Position Requirements/Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma with or additional technical education Technical certification or degree strongly preferred Experience: 2 years of technical experience in a manufacturing setting Safety Compliance The safety of our employees takes precedence over all other initiatives and considerations.
