  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Stress Engineers, Manufacturing, Procurement/Planning, QA, and other departments as required to mature the design from conception to production.
  • Participate in, lead, and initiate design reviews to present CAD models, provide technical explanations, and incorporate feedback from multidisciplinary teams, including assembly, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to create design packages that are producible, and assist with tooling, fixture, documentation, and design changes to maintain design and specification requirements.
  • Mentor engineers with less experience and assist the Project Engineer with day-to-day tasking of the design team.
  • Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance. This is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job.
