What You´ll Do
- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
What makes you a good fit
- HSD/GED
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
- Must be able to pass Henkel's basic skills assessments
- Willing to work 3rd Shift; Monday night - Saturday morning
- 1 year manufacturing experience, forklift experience is a plus
- Must be able to function safely and efficiently in hot temperatures during warm weather months
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Wearing of appropriate PPE as required

The hourly pay rate for this role is

. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
