𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲

- Integrators who want to own a program end to end, not manage one phase of someone else's roadmap

- People who move comfortably between an executive readout and a yield conversation on the production floor

- Program managers who treat manufacturing as the scoreboard: yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost

If you prefer mature programs where every process is already dialed in, this is not your role.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬

You will be the programmatic and technical integrator across battery engineering, battery management systems (BMS), manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams. Programs run from new product introduction through pilot line, production readiness, and high-volume ramp across cell, module, and pack assembly. You will interface directly with customers on requirements, statements of work (SOW), and delivery timelines, and report program status straight to executive leadership.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗪𝗡

- Battery system programs end to end: design, validation, industrialization, and high-volume manufacturing

- Integrated roadmaps covering prototype builds, pilot lines, line readiness, and ramp-up

- Coordination across cell suppliers, internal module and pack assembly, and contract manufacturing partners

- Trade-off decisions on chemistry, form factor, process, automation level, equipment selection, and cost targets

- Battery-specific risk: yield, throughput, safety, reliability, and cost

- Quality process adherence: Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA and PFMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

- Manufacturing readiness metrics: line capability, yield, scrap, cycle time, and capacity utilization

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related) or equivalent practical experience

- 5+ years of technical program or project management in battery systems, energy storage, electric vehicles (EV), or advanced manufacturing

- Hands-on exposure to battery or electrochemical manufacturing: cell, module, or pack assembly

- Working knowledge of battery manufacturing fundamentals: electrode handling, cell integration, thermal integration, and end-of-line testing

- Strong stakeholder management across engineering, operations, customers, and suppliers

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Production ramp-ups, pilot lines, or manufacturing scale-up experience

- Battery safety and regulatory standards: UN 38.3, UL, IEC, ISO

- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Agile certifications
