(Days, Afternoon, and Nights) Job Description Finishing Technician Job Description Summary Perform a variety of tasks to perform the finishing function of wind turbine manufacturing safely and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities • Perform closing tasks following work instructions • Wear all personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage • Grind and sand blade according to work instructions • Apply gel coat by brush and matte blade • Apply filler/mud to blade and sand for smooth finish Required Qualifications • Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs. • Ability to push/pull heavy objects. • Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors. • Ability to work with hands for an extended period. • Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery. • Ability to work individually and as part of a team. • Requires wearing of respirator Desired Characteristics • High School Diploma/GED or related experience • Previous Manufacturing experience • Previous experience working with wind turbine blades or composites Position Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the base pay for this position is $22.88-$27.50.
