Worth knowing
Why it is interesting. SME role owning end-to-end Cu BEOL flow across photo, etch, thin films and CMP, with foundry tech transfer
Might not be for you. Requires 5+ years in a Cu BEOL integration role and must hit the ground running; not for early-career or polymer-focused scientists
Adjacent materials roleOwns Cu interconnect build sequence; requires strong knowledge of Photolithography, Etch, Thin Films and CMP processes; SPC, DOE, JMP
