Optimize composite manufacturing processes, reduce losses and cycle time, and support production at a greenfield plant.
Worth knowing
Why it is interesting. Greenfield site with production relocating from LA — chance to shape processes from the ground up for aerospace/defense composites.
Might not be for you. Heavy production-floor focus with supervisory duties over wage associates; less open-ended R&D.
