3rd Shift hours: 9pm -5am Sunday night start Who you are: Dependable above all else — your team knows they can count on you Detail-oriented and proud of the quality you produce A team player who'd rather win together than coast alone Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.
