Key Responsibilities

As our Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage and expand sales to our existing customer base.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships across a variety of industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Manage CRM and ensure accurate customer data is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pigments, coatings, plastics, inks and specialty chemicals industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluent speaker of Spanish
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a flexible work environment.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for driving results.

What We Offer

Competitive package based on experience. (USD75,000 to USD105,000) + bonus
