Department : Production Supervisor: Production Manager Hours per Week : 40 1st shift – 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 3:30 pm), 30-minute unpaid lunch 2nd shift – 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, (2:00 pm -12:00 am), 30-minute paid lunch 3rd shift - 9-hour shift, Monday - Thursday, (11:00 pm - 8:00 am), 30-minute paid lunch.

You will work 9 hours and get paid for 10 if attendance requirements at met (no misses, late arrivals and/or early quits during each week) Position Title : Plastic Injection Molding Production Associate Pay Rate: Based on Experience Position Description and Duties: Operate automatic plastic injection machine as outlined in work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures Inspect parts to validate that they meet Quality Assurance specifications provided Answer press alarms Repack product per customer specifications Use IQMS software to perform system transactions related to production activities Accurately complete required production logs and documentation Read, interpret and analyze work orders Pick product and prepare outbound shipments accurately and quickly using provided pick ticket Maintain a clean working environment Adhere to all safety protocols and use of PPE to maintain a safe and productive work environment Other duties as assigned Adhere to IEG Plastics’ core values: Positive Thinking is Powerful Thinking, Lock and Load, Individual Contribution to the Group Effort, Do the Right Thing, Aim for The Highest Peak.

Qualifications and Education Requirements : High School diploma or GED Knowledge, Skills, Abilities : Plastics Manufacturing experience preferred Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude Basic verbal and written communication skills (English language), ability to read and understand work instructions and standard operating procedures, ability to count accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations Solid work history, excellent attendance record required Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team Display sound judgement when troubleshooting machinery and production equipment Prior experience with bar code scanning and associated hardware (handheld scanner) is preferred Basic computer skills Experience with IQMS or other ERP software preferred Experience in an ISO certified environment is preferred Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis, stand for a minimum of 8+ hours, and have full motor movement Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and 90-day drug screen Benefits: Medical Insurance after 90 Days of Employment Dental and Vision Insurance after 90 Days of Employment Company Paid Life Insurance Policy after 90 Days of Employment 401K Retirement Plan after 90 days, Up to 4% Company match after 1 year of Employment Training and Development Opportunities Annual Steel Toe Shoe Allowance PTO accrual after 90 Days of Employment Annual Retention Bonus Company paid uniform shirts EWA (Earned Wage Access)
