The Manufacturing Development & Industrialization Specialist will lead manufacturing development, industrialization, and operational performance initiatives to support business growth, technology deployment, and long-term site competitiveness. Drive investment projects, process improvements, manufacturing readiness, and strategic industrial development across operations.

Position can be based- + Granville, US + Hoosick Falls, US + Belgium-Chaineux + Italy-Biandrate + Poland-Kolo + Germany- + This role requires independent leadership of complex industrialization, manufacturing development, and capital investment projects. + The incumbent must balance technical, operational, and business requirements, develop equipment specifications and manufacturing standards, evaluate investment alternatives, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across sites and functions. + Success requires strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver sustainable improvements in performance, capacity, quality, safety, and competitiveness. + This position requires 5 to 7 years in manufacturing development, industrialization, process optimization, process troubleshooting, trial planning, equipment reviews, and Management of Change (MoC). + The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in leading cross-functional projects/ multi-site and capital investments, successfully delivering objectives on time and within budget.

However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10 % of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.

The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is 89,650 to $139,150 . Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
