currently hiring for a Senior Automotive Plastic Design Engineer – role for a Nissan program in Southfield, Michigan.
We’re looking for candidates with 10–20 years of automotive experience, including 8–10+ years of Nissan program experience. Strong experience in plastic component design, CPM/Console, automotive interiors, design feasibility, fit amp; finish, tooling feasibility, and Siemens NX is required.
Experience with OEM/client coordination, design reviews, vehicle build issue resolution, GDamp;T, manufacturing support, and technical leadership is highly preferred.
