As the collision repair industry continues to evolve and consolidate, Surventis is investing in strategic growth initiatives focused on Multi-Shop Operators (MSOs) and large multi-site collision repair organizations across North America. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to lead technical and product performance efforts with some of the industry's most influential organizations.

We are looking for a Strategic Performance Specialist to join our Automotive Refinish team.

The Strategic Performance Specialist partners with strategic collision repair customers to improve product performance, optimize operations, and drive measurable business results through technical leadership and consultation.

As a Strategic Performance Specialist, you will...

• Lead performance improvement initiatives for key MSO accounts.
• Partner with customer leadership teams to improve business results.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Improve cycle time, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support long-term account growth and retention strategies.
• Resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Lead training and performance development programs.
• Coach technical teams and distributor resources.

If you have

• 10+ years of automotive refinish experience, including advanced refinish application techniques, root-cause analysis, and performance-driven problem solving.
• Advanced technical leadership expertise with a proven ability to drive process improvement and solve complex operational challenges.
• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data and findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing training programs, standardized processes, and operational best practices.
• Insight into customer strategies, operational trends, and business performance drivers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently in a remote, customer-facing, field-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% throughout assigned strategic account locations.
• Residence near a major metropolitan area and commercial airport.
• A valid driver's license
• Hands-on automotive refinish application experience with a strong understanding of body shop production processes and workflow optimization preferred.
• Experience analyzing and improving key performance indicators (KPIs), including cycle time, touch time, quality, throughput, efficiency, and profitability preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, pipeline management processes, forecasting tools, and business analytics preferred.

Pay transparency

Surventis is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
