Standard Job Description What You Will Be Doing Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations. Basic Qualifications

Low Observable (LO) Coatings experience. 3+ Years of experience or more in manufacturing &/or Production Operations Experience leading projects Knowledge and experience with SFM, and QADS software DCMA/Customer experience Desired Skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles Knowledge of Project Management Analytical skills to establish, maintain and interpret key metrics Ability to work independently and without direct supervision. Understanding of production operations processes Root Cause Corrective Action along with Green or Black Belt experience.

Ability to build and maintain a strong network or utilize their knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefits business partners Gather relevant information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceives relationships among problems or issues Strong communication and problem solving skills. The ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of formal problem solving methodologies, and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Desire to actively participate and support in production floor operations Experience with MS Office suite, including MS Project Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
