The Geon Graduate Rotational program (G-Force) combines leadership sponsorship, real-world special and unique projects, ongoing learning and development, and competency development to create an exceptional and dynamic Geon future leader. How it works: Two-year rotation program for recent college graduates. Commercial assignments include Technical Sales, Market Management, and Business Management. Opportunity for placement into key leadership or subject matter expert business roles. Mentorship by experienced Geon business leaders. Prepares you for business leadership by having a broader Commercial business background. We want YOU on our team if you meet the following criteria: Recent or soon-to-be college graduate (bachelor’s degree or above) with prior experience including relevant internships, work experience or projects. Current and future leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences are required. Willing to relocate as needed for career advancement.
