TITLE: Packer C POSITION OBJECTIVE: Pack in a safe, efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
A High School Diploma or equivalent Legal eligibility to work in the US. Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing our return on investment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel Proficiency in reading and writing English. Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant and department. Must be willing and able to wear all personal protective equipment. Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes. Must be able to read and understand job docket to ensure that the correct materials are being used Startup, shutdown and make machine adjustments Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues.
Demonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area. Other duties as assigned
