The Role

We're looking for a

Cell Design & Development Engineer

to lead the design and development of commercial battery cells from concept through scale-up. You'll work at the intersection of R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and product teams to deliver high-performance cells at scale.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of battery cell design & development experience

• Experience with large-format cells (6Ah+, ideally 20Ah+ pouch cells)

• Li-Metal experience preferred; Silicon or Silicon/Graphite also considered

• Strong understanding of cell manufacturing processes and scale-up

• Exposure to High-Nickel NCM cathode chemistries

• Ability to balance performance, cost, and manufacturability trade-offs

• US Citizenship required
