Research Chemist
BS-level R&D / Research roles on Crosslinked list a median of $126k (352 that show pay). This posting does not list pay.
Lead R&D projects in binders and nonwovens, run pilot/plant trials, and support manufacturing.
Worth knowing
Why it is interesting. Hands-on pilot/plant trials and formulation work for binders and nonwovens, with cross-functional leadership.
Might not be for you. Moderate to heavy travel (10-20%) to manufacturing sites; role leans toward applied troubleshooting over open-ended research.
