The Blow Molding Engineer will work alongside our experienced Process Engineer as part of a planned technical succession, while partnering closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and our Mold Change Process Technicians.

Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities

+ Understand and improve extrusion blow molding process on continuous extrusion shuttle machines and reciprocating screw blow molding machines.

+ Machine setup and optimization.

+ Wall distribution and parison control

+ Repair/Adjustment and understand hydraulics and pneumatics of our blow molding machines.

+ Mold setup and changeovers of blow molding machines.

+ Troubleshooting quality defects.

+ Root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement. + Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
