## Primary Responsibilities

- Lead formulation and product-development projects from concept through commercialization. - Design experiments and analyze data to guide technical decisions. - Develop and optimize adhesive formulations for targeted performance requirements. - Troubleshoot product, process, and application challenges. - Collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams. - Provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners. - Document results through reports, specifications, and technical presentations. - Support innovation, intellectual property, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is 105,000-135,000.
