Process Engineer – Thermoforming

📍 Plymouth, MN | On-site

We’re hiring a Process Engineer to help turn new product concepts into reliable manufacturing processes. This role has a strong focus on

product development and thermoforming

. You’ll be the Process Engineer at the Plymouth location, working closely with product development, production, quality, and maintenance teams.

What you’ll do

Develop and qualify processes for new products and materials

Troubleshoot thermoforming processes and improve production efficiency

Analyze process data, reduce variability, and lead measurable improvements

Support new equipment projects, including documentation and employee training

Partner with design and tooling teams to move projects into production

Maintain specifications, technical data sheets, and process documentation

What we’re looking for

Hands-on thermoforming experience

A bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage projects independently

Experience with product development in a manufacturing environment

Confidence using data to solve problems and communicate recommendations

Experience with polymer materials, process capability, Lean or Six Sigma, and ISO quality systems is valuable. Chemical Engineers are encouraged to apply.

This is a 100% on-site position with limited travel. Relocation assistance is not available.
