What you´ll do The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable production of quality products. This position supervises production personnel, manages production schedules and resources, monitors operational performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor works closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership to achieve production, safety, and quality objectives.
