Role details

Elastron USA, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager for a position in Gainesville, Georgia. Directing and managing all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, consistent product quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards, leading and developing cross-functional teams, allocating resources effectively, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement, cost optimization and strategic planning to meet organizational objectives.

Duties include overseeing day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety; strategic planning and operational excellence; managing plant budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing capital improvement projects; team development and performance management; managing and leading production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals; monitoring production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to meet customer demand; leading, training, and evaluating staff to ensure high performance and professional growth; maintaining strong communication with senior management regarding plant performance and strategic initiatives; and coordinating preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Must be fluent in written and spoken Turkish. Supervise Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks; First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers; Engineering Technologists and Technicians, Except Drafters, All Other; and Helpers-Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Workers.

Must have

a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy OR Materials Engineering OR Materials Science OR related field. A foreign degree equivalent is acceptable.

Must have

24 months experience as a Senior Production Engineer OR Senior Production Development Engineer OR Process Engineer OR Manufacturing Engineer OR Related occupation. Required experience must have included TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) business, production management, extrusion, injection molding, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Skills and experience may be evidenced by employer testimonials or other letters of reference, if requested. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, Salary $107,400 per year.
