Your schedule
-----------------
- Seven (7) workdays every two weeks
- Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thu
- Week 2: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
- 12-hour shifts
- Day: 6:45am – 7:00pm
- Night: 6:45pm – 7:00am (current opening is for Night Shift)
- Built-in overtime on Sundays and for all hours over 40 per week
- Voluntary overtime available
What you’ll do
------------------
- Execute written and verbal instructions to run compounding operations
- Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities before and during runs
- Document production data legibly and completely
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Champion safety for yourself and your team
- Complete ongoing computer-based training using basic computer skills
Preferred experience
------------------------
- Blending operations and material handling
- Extruder setup and operation
- Troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Team leadership or lead experience
- Proper and safe fork truck operation
Physical requirements
-------------------------
- Lift up to 55 lbs
- Stand for long durations
- Regularly climb, bend, and stretch
