Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer with strong hands-on experience in tooling and mold design, injection molding, jigs, fixtures, DFM, and tooling troubleshooting. The role will support tooling design, validation, maintenance, qualification, and production activities. Responsibilities Design and engineer tooling for molds, jigs, and fixtures based on product requirements. Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) evaluations and participate in design reviews. Support molding design validation, sampling, qualification, and final part approval. Troubleshoot tooling and mold-related issues and implement cost-effective modifications.

Perform tooling maintenance and support tool room equipment. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams on tooling improvements. Prepare status reports and maintain tooling-related documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. required). Approximately 5+ years of relevant tooling/molding experience. Hands-on experience with tooling/mold design. Strong experience with injection molding. Experience with DFM, molds, jigs, and fixtures. Experience with tool design modifications and tooling troubleshooting. Hands-on experience supporting tooling or mold-related activities. Preferred Industry Experience Medical Devices.
